Why not just dig a trench?
A trench means digging up your lawn, backfilling, hauling topsoil, reseeding, and months of waiting for grass to grow back — plus cutting through anything in the path. We bore underneath instead: two small holes, done in a day, and usually right in the same price range once you add up what the trench really costs. And where a deeper trench costs more, a deeper bore doesn't.

Is boring safe near my other buried lines?
Safer than blind digging. MISS DIG 811 marks the utilities before any job starts, we keep a locating specialist on staff, and our hydrovac exposes existing lines with water and suction instead of steel.
Who makes the gas connections?
Your licensed gas fitter or propane supplier handles the hookups at both ends. We put the line or conduit in the ground where it needs to be and coordinate scheduling with them.
What does it cost?
A typical 100 ft bore is about $3,000, done in a day or less. A bore costs about the same at nearly any depth, so the line goes as deep as it should without the price climbing.
